1. Qualification: Bachelors, masters, diploma, crash course- we don’t care where you learnt it as long as you know the theory and have the confidence to apply it in real life.

2. Valid Experience: Now we have complete faith in your skills, but knowing you have experience makes us feel better. So if you have 2 or more years of experience designing phone apps, then hit us up!
3. Design Chops: You know your way around design software like a pro, and you can make Adobe Creative Cloud your playground. Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD are your best buddies.
4. Brainstorm Brilliance: Your creative genius knows no bounds. You can brainstorm ideas that are not just outside the box but miles away from it.
5. Mobile App Mastery: You’ve got experience designing for iOS and Android, and you understand the nuances of mobile design. Responsive design is your thing.
