Job Description:
As our Junior Podcast Wizard, you have to don multiple hats and your mission, should you choose to accept it (and we hope you do), is to make waves in the realm of sex education
through the magic of podcasting. Here is a taste of what your role might entail:
1. Content Co-pilot:
Coordinate with your senior to create exciting and informative podcast episodes on diverse topics within sexual health, mental health, relationships, and intimacy.
2 Research Magician:
Dive deep into the mysteries of sex education, unraveling information, and conjuring up facts to empower our listeners with knowledge.
3. Production Sorcerer:
Wave your wand (or rather, handle the editing software) to assist in crafting engaging episodes that captivate and enlighten our audience. Assist in brewing up captivating podcast
episodes, from brainstorming to editing, and everything in between. Publish the podcast on our channel and manage our viewers.
4. Community Conjurer:
Join forces with our team to engage our audience, spark conversations, and foster a safe and inclusive community around our podcast.
5. Knowledge Scholar:
Stay updated with the latest trends, studies, and conversations in the realm of sexual health and wellness.
6. Magic of Continuous Learning:
Keep your superpowers upgraded with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply best practices to your work to continue shining.

Requirements:
To make the magic happen, we need you to bring a few things to the table:
Education/Experience: Pursuing or completed studies in Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field. Any prior experience in podcasting, content creation, or even your own
magical audio projects.
Passion for Empowerment: A fiery passion for breaking stereotypes and promoting inclusive, accurate, and stigma-free sex education.
Tech-Savvy Spell Caster: Familiarity with audio editing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
Organizational Wizardry: Juggling tasks and managing details like a pro in our fast-paced magical world.
Communication Charms: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sprinkle of creativity. Good orating skills and a voice with confidence in speaking are a plus for future
requirements of hosting.
Innovative Spells: Creative ideas that could turn the most complex sex ed topics into engaging and relatable content.
