Social Media Manager – Freelance

As our Social Media Maestro, you have to don multiple hats, and your mission, should you choose to accept it (and we hope you do), is to help us revolutionize our online presence.
You will be the expert of our social symphony, conducting campaigns that strike a chord with our audience across all platforms. Think Facebook, Instagram, Twitter—you name it, you will own it. Here is a taste of what your role might entail:

1. Crafting Creative Content: Whip up smirk-inducing, shareable content that sparks conversations and leaves our followers with a good impression of Public Mitra and its work.
2. Trendspotting: We are scrolling through Instagram frequently I’m sure you are too. Use this to understand what’s cooking- the latest memes, trending audio, internet lingo, current
affairs etc.
3 . Metrics Mastery: Dive deep into analytics like a data ninja. Analyze, tweak, and optimize our strategies based on those juicy insights.
4. Collaboration: Jamming with the team—marketers, designers, content wizards—to ensure our brand voice is consistent and our content sings in harmony.
5. Team Player: Collaborate with our creative squad, translating their ideas into web reality.
6. Magic of Continuous Learning: Keep your superpowers upgraded with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply best practices to your work to continue shining.

Requirements:

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience (2 years) kicking butt in social media management.
• Tech Savviness: A wizard with social media tools, platforms, and analytics. Bonus points for design or video chops!
• Creativity: A reservoir of creative ideas that flow faster than the coffee from your pot.
• Copywriting: You know your words. They’re witty, they’re smart- they’re not too many, not too less. You mix words and art to build a winning copy.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You don’t back down from a challenge; you tackle it head-on.
• Communication: You are also the kind of teammate who turns “me” into “we” without missing a beat!
• Part-Time Availability: We’re looking for someone to join us part-time, as a freelancer.
