Job Description:

As our Database cum WordPress Extraordinaire, you have to don multiple hats and your mission, should you choose to accept it (and we hope you do), is to help us create and maintain a seamless, eye-catching, and high-performing web presence. Here’s a taste of what your role might entail:

Transform our design dreams into stunning, responsive, and user-friendly WordPress websites. Customize themes, plugins, and functionality to keep our site fresh and functional.

• WordPress Wizardry:
  Transform our design dreams into stunning, responsive, and user-friendly WordPress websites. Customize themes, plugins, and functionality to keep our site fresh and functional.
• Database Enchantment:
  Design and maintain relational databases, ensuring their efficiency, security, and scalability. Develop and implement database-driven applications and features for websites.
• Data Integration Voodoo:
  Implement data migration, integration, and synchronization between databases and web applications. Cast a spell to integrate third-party APIs, social media platforms, and other web services into WordPress sites.
• Bug Zapper:
  Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that may arise–think of yourself as our tech superhero.
• SEO Sorcery:
  Optimize web content for search engines because we want Google to love us as much as we love it.
• Performance Paragon:
  Ensure our websites load faster than a sneeze, improving overall performance.
• Security Sentinel:
  Keep our websites safe from the bad guys by implementing security best practices.
• Team Player:
  Collaborate with our creative squad, translating their wild ideas into web reality.

Requirements:

To make the magic happen, we need you to bring a few things to the table:

• Experience: You’ve been around the WordPress and Database block for at least 2 years.
• Tech Savviness: You speak PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript like a native language. Database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar and WordPress development, including themes and plugins, must be part of your DNA.
• Creativity: You understand that coding isn’t just about function, but form too
• Problem-Solving Skills: You don’t back down from a challenge; you tackle it head-on
• Communication: You can explain complex tech concepts to non-techies with ease. You are also the kind of teammate who turns “me” into “we” without missing a beat!
• Part-Time Availability: We’re looking for someone to join us part-time, as a freelancer
