What Is Jan Samman Yojana In Rajasthan?

The pandemic has stirred up a craze in the minds of people to upload many videos on social media. The Government of Rajasthan has come up with an idea that allows one to utilize their free spirit to come up with ingenious ideas. The program commenced from 7th of July 2023.

 Objective of Jan Samman Yojana

The prime objective of this scheme is to acknowledge the welfare scheme of Rajasthan and to edify natives of the information of the welfare scheme. The awareness is done through uploading reels in the website given by the government. This scheme is also called, ‘Rajasthan Jan Samman Yojana video competition’. The awareness can be shown through many forms like poetry, music, dance, song, play. The duration for the video content is for 30 to 120 seconds. It is only for the voters of Rajasthan. The winners would be honored with cash prizes:

• First prize:  The first winner is receiving a prize money of INR 1,00,000
• Second prize: Second prize holder will be eligible to take home INR 50,000
• hird prize: The third prize is INR 25,000

 Eligibility Condition

• The age limit to participate in the competition is from 13 years and above.
•  Every day selected participants are rewarded with Rs.1000.
• The competition is from 07.07.2023 and ends on 06.08.2023
• The participant must acquire a valid Jan Aadhar Card
• The participant must be a voter/ resident of Rajasthan
  

 
How to apply for the Jan Samman Yojana

To enroll oneself for the contest, he/she has to take a video within 30 to 120 seconds and upload it in any 2 social media platforms with #jaiJanSammanjaiRajasthan and must fill this registration.

Any irrelevant content posted for the competition would be considered disqualified, as they haven’t abided with the rules of the competition. The videos must be posted within 07.07.2023 to 06.08.2023. After the video is uploaded the participant must fill a form with the Jan Aadhar, and later there are some personal details to be filled up, after which the video goes under the checking process, where in the first stage the video is checked is it taken according to the rules mentioned, second stage the quality of the video is checked, the final stage the creativity of the video is checked.

 Reward

 The best video content is awarded with prize money based on the position secured:

• First prize  : 1,00,000
• Second prize : 50,000
• Third prize : 25,000

Every day selected participants are awarded with Rs:1000 which is a Prerna award.

Every participant is given a Jan Samman certificate for their participation in the Jan Samman video making contest. The finalist would be selected on the third day after 10th of July, 2023.
