Safety At Home And Workplace
Why does it matter to us?
As an institution, we believe in manpower and this resource if it’s protected it’ll lead to happy families happy society, and a happy economy
Some dos and don’ts that we must follow in our workplace
Dos
- To wear safety equipment gear and personal protective equipment like helmets glasses gloves and shoes to protect ourselves from various factory hazards(like loading or unloading goods, near the urn with high degrees of temperature ).Do ask us if you are not provided with them
- To never be absent-minded but rather be mindful of yourself and the surroundings can prevent the majority of the hazards
- To be on time because if we manage to come on time we won’t be in a hurry to do things and we can distribute and manage work and avoid injuries due to lifting heavy goods
- Working as a team can lead to faster completion of tasks and can help communicate well with each other
- Do report any safety hazards or near-miss incidents to supervisors at the earliest
Don’ts
- Avoid wearing earphones or being on calls at the workplace in this state of absent-mindedness anything can happen.
- Avoid gossipping about each other this can lead to a toxic work environment
- Don’t operate machinery or equipment without proper training
- Don’t bypass safety devices or guards on machinery
- Don’t rush or take shortcuts that compromise safety procedures
Remember as we all are here to earn a living we also have a lovely family to serve and live with. And any injuries or shortcomings the govt/factory won’t be able to completely compensate you with the devoid part or injury but with only money. Compensation can only be for an instant
But You’ll be suffering from injury or mishap for a lifetime
Our safety is our responsibility
