Jigmet Dehdol, since childhood, harboured a profound fascination for the enchantment woven by words. Poetry and stories became her companions, nurturing her enduring love for the art of writing. This led her into pursuing an Honors degree in English. Soon after, she went ahead to pursue a post graduate diploma from one of the leading C-Schools in India, Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), this strategic move not only honed her writing skills but also provided a unique perspective by infusing marketing acumen into her craft. This fusion endowed her writing with a compelling point of view, seamlessly blending the realms of artistic expression and strategic communication.
3 years into her career as a full-time writer, she has proven to be an extremely versatile. Writing for audiences of all age groups and tapping on categories like skincare, Ayurvedic science, gaming industry, entertainment, fashion, and more.
One thing that Jigmet loves to do in her free time is enjoy a good movie or a tv show (She might even be one of those people who has a pen and paper noting down insights while watching). She has developed a deep cinematic insight, of film and television, including genres, styles and industry trends, allowing her to analyse and appreciate the nuances that contribute to an effective storytelling.
